I am here to help you feel validated in your feelings & experiences and help develop healthy coping skills when life is dragging you down.

Kayla will help you identify strengths that you didn’t know you had, to work towards therapy goals.

Reading a good historical fiction or thriller book. Pampering her beloved fur baby. Hanging out on the lake, binge watching a series on Netflix, or spending time with her family, friends and honorary nieces and nephews.
