Hi, I’m Crystal!

Have you ever felt anxious, overwhelmed or depressed about something going on in your life? Maybe something feels slightly off, but you aren’t sure what it is. What if you could have an unbiased, safe space where you can feel free to openly explore your thoughts and feelings without censoring yourself or fearing judgement? That is what I do: I provide a safe environment where clients can feel seen, valued and understood as they tackle their current life challenges.

It has been one of the biggest honors of my life to help individuals learn more about themselves as they grow and heal. It is such a privilege to sit with my clients in their heaviest or lightest of times, where they find opportunities to understand, smile, laugh, cry and experience their “aha” moment when everything finally makes sense.

In therapy sessions with Crystal, you are likely to:

Exhale and find that, maybe for the first time in a long time, you have hope that the future could be brighter. Crystal is incredible at carrying hope for her clients, until they can carry it themselves. There is nothing Crystal hasn’t already heard at least once, which creates a beautifully safe, calm environment to talk about everything and anything.

Going on an adventure with her son, traveling up-north to her favorite place, attending a Broadway musical, catching a movie, checking out a concert or attending a Comic-Con convention.

When Crystal isn’t in session, you’ll probably find her:

A woman with curly, reddish-brown hair is sitting on a tan sofa, smiling at the camera, holding a black folder and a pen, wearing a gray hoodie with "BEATLES MICHEL
