Hi, I’m Jes!
Are you feeling so many things you can’t quite grab any one emotion? Or the opposite- feeling numb, cut off from joy? Like you aren’t quite sure what comes next but you know it’s time for something different? That’s where I come in. My main focus is to help you process difficult emotions when they feel too big, to create lasting self-care routines and to help you see your undeniable strength.
I often leave my work day with sore cheeks from smiling so much~ even among the darkest of times, my clients’ strength, ability to laugh and resiliency is an honor to witness and walk alongside. Each and every client I’ve had has made an impact on me, and I learn so much every day.

Spending time with her husband wrangling their two little ones, reading, enjoying being outside & cheering on her favorite teams (Go Green!). She’s [not so patiently] still waiting for her Hogwarts’ level, has a love language of the Office quotes, and loves exploring new coffee shops & bookstores!
